We even call you from time to time between workouts to help you even when we aren’t together. We are here for you and we will listen then help you in anyway. There is a lot of time between workouts, especially when you are only getting together for three or four hours a week.
Everyone’s program is different, but get ready to work. We won’t push you to feel uncomfortable, but will help you improve during each workout session. You will have physical activities that fit your needs and your body as well as your mind. Since it is important to exercise when working on losing weight and becoming healthier it is thought at least 30 minutes a day will help. This is for just moderate activities such as walking and biking. We know that will help, but a more routine workout is the real way to show progress. You will be doing aerobic style exercises including dance, step and kickboxing as well as modern styles including Zumba. Weight training, strength conditioning and other special exercises will be part of your program. You will even be taught how to do the exercises. Step-by-step instruction will be given focusing on each part of the exercises. When you do the exercise correctly you well definitely get results. We provide you with everything you need and we help you to continue to do thing properly throughout the program.
You will work out and feel stronger, which includes having more energy. Add on your meal plan and you will really get results and feel better for it.
